Benefits
Opportunities for advancement include becoming a managing engineer. After a 6 month probation period, benefits include paid employee medical (starts after 90 days), simple IRA retirement plan w/ 100% company match to 3% of salary, 2 weeks vacation a year, and 8 paid holidays a year (starts immediately). GEI also pays for professional licensing and membership. Our office is active in ASHRAE.
