Goss Engineering, Inc. delivered comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the approximately 24,000-square-foot tenant improvement of a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) adult day care facility with an OSHPD-3 clinic component in the Canyon Springs medical office building in Riverside, California. The project created a modern, code-compliant environment supporting safe and efficient care for clients, staff, and caregivers.
New air distribution with dedicated return systems maintained critical pressure relationships in the OSHPD-3 area, while electrical scope provided power, lighting, and dedicated pathways for nurse call, access control, and data systems, including solar infrastructure coordination. Plumbing served roughly eighty fixtures with redundant water heating for the clinic. Working closely with the architect, Goss produced a fully coordinated MEP package through multiple check-sets, plan-check support, bidding assistance, and construction-phase services. This integrated solution showcases Goss’s expertise in delivering precise, regulatory-compliant engineering that balances technical rigor with practical constructability for high-quality PACE and healthcare environments.
