Our Healthcare Studio is powered by a highly skilled 7-person team, comprising a Healthcare Studio Manager, two experienced Project Managers, and four talented Designers. With 13 years of specialized expertise in healthcare design and engineering, the team delivers innovative, code-compliant solutions for complex medical environments across California.

The studio has a strong track record in outpatient facilities, successfully completing projects such as MRI suites, Linear Accelerator (LINAC) suites, state-of-the-art IVF clinics, infusion centers, and USP 797/800 compliant pharmacies.

In the acute care hospital sector (OSHPD 1), our team has executed technically demanding projects including hybrid operating rooms, central plant infrastructure, Gamma Knife suites, and advanced radiology departments. We have also delivered significant hospital upgrades for several major health systems.

Our expertise extends across other OSHPD categories as well, including OSHPD 1R projects at children’s hospitals, OSHPD 2 plumbing infrastructure upgrades at post-acute care facilities, OSHPD 3 medical office buildings (MOBs) and dialysis centers, as well as critical HVAC infrastructure solutions under OSHPD 5. In addition to full design services, the studio offers comprehensive technical assessments, including NPC-5 evaluations, MEP infrastructure assessments, and peer reviews. Flexible in our approach, we successfully execute projects using both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods to meet each client’s unique goals and timelines.
