First Fertility is a premier 11,000-square-foot IVF clinic in Thousand Oaks, California that delivers a sophisticated, patient-focused environment for advanced reproductive medicine. The facility includes a high-performance 800-square-foot IVF laboratory, dedicated procedure and embryo transfer rooms, a six-bed recovery area, andrology laboratory, five examination rooms, and essential support spaces.
Delivered under a highly accelerated schedule, the design team completed the full design package in just 11 weeks through seamless collaboration with the architect, structural engineer, and medical equipment planner. The project successfully met stringent AAAHC accreditation requirements and incorporated mission-critical infrastructure, including an NFPA 99 Category 4 medical gas system, advanced cryogenic storage and distribution, and emergency generator backup power.
Construction was completed in early 2026, bringing this state-of-the-art fertility center online on time and to the highest clinical and safety standards.
